Rumours of an upcoming announcement and a potential release date…

The Elden Ring DLC Alarm has sounded in our office which can only mean one thing, fresh rumours are afoot. Alright this is just a rumour at this stage so take it with a pinch of salt as they say. But we have had leaks of a release date for the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

It has been sourced from a leaker with a good track record of FromSoftware leaks. Any news is exciting for me as I can’t wait to dive back into the lands between. If it wasn’t for this stellar year of video game releases I would probably be there now collecting runes and, well, dying a lot. Fun I know!

So like many of you I have had my ear to the ground waiting for any whiff of Shadow of the Erdtree release news and we finally have something to hope for. So here it is;

We’re looking at a release announcement at the December game awards with a release date of February 2024 for the Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.

Knowing how challenging from software DLCs are that means we could potentially be only 4 months away from some of the most difficult bosses in all of video games.

So prepare to rise again tarnished ones, as 2024 could be our year!
