Hitting the ground running, thousands of players have been “stealthing” or shooting their way through Payday 3. After a few heists, you will have accumulated millions of dollars and even some crypto. Meaning with these great rewards you will be asking yourself. What do I spend it on?

Cosmetics

What’s the point of robbing banks if you can’t look good doing it? With cosmetics, you can change your outfit, mask, & gloves to personalise your character.

Using your hard-earned cash, you can buy premade outfits for your character. Consequently, with gloves, you can only purchase using C-Stacks, Payday’s new cryptocurrency (which we will talk about later).

I believe the leading cosmetics that will make your outfit are the masks. At the time of writing this, there are 35 masks available to buy from the vendor. All of which have their own shape and style for you to bring to your character. With masks being unlocked based on your level. You can truly show off your Payday devotion by wearing the latest mask available to you.

In Payday 3, masks are back with a similar look. That’s right, a normal mask can be bought with cash and can be customised with patterns and paint. On the other hand, customised masks are available at the cost of your crypto funds.

In my opinion, the cosmetics currently available lack variety and could improve by offering different styles. However, I’d like to see new content released throughout the years alongside new heists to keep the community alive.

Weapons & Attachments

Are you even heisting if you don’t pull out a gun? Pulling down your mask, moves you into the crucial part of your heist. Accessing your weapons to use take out security, tie up hostages and kill whoever the hell this person is.

The vendor menu offers an armoury of weapons available to buy with cash. As well as custom weapons available with C-Stacks. New weapons come with increased firepower and easier handling, which will benefit you immensely when you fight this guy. Like seriously, who is he?

With new weapons come new attachments. Now that you’ve bought your new gun, you will want to add a silencer to help silently complete your heist. 

The weapon upgrades available are the following: the sight, barrel, barrel extension, grip, magazine, stock, and vertical grip. Each weapon has its own level progression. Meaning to unlock better attachments for your gun, you will need to get loud. Complete heists using your latest weapons will guarantee a nice amount of XP to level up your gun.

Finally, last thing to mention when spending money on your weapons is to remember to customise them. Using customisation presets, you can add colour to your different sections of your weapon.

C-Stacks

C-stacks is a new crypto-currency introduced in Payday 3. It can be used to buy custom weapons, masks, or even some fancy new gloves. Other than that, C-stacks have little else to offer for now.

How do you get C-Stacks? C-Stacks can be obtained by completing Career Challenges that offer C-Stacks as a reward. This can be a fun way to earn C-Stacks, as you will have to complete various heists in different styles. As a result, this can become repetitive if you are eager to get your hands on that new set of gloves.

If you find the challenges are too repetitive. You can buy the C-Stacks from the Vendor menu in increments of 1, 5, & 10 stacks. However after each purchase from that stack the cost for them increases. You can buy from each stack up to 11 times until you can no longer buy. The availability & prices reset every Sunday, allowing you to buy more.
