Armored Core VI: Farming Credits Guide

Earning Credits in Armored Core can take time. It often involves finishing the longer more difficult missions for a big chunk of credits. If you’re looking for a way to earn credits fast, look no further! I am here to help.

This tactic involves one of the early game missions named “Destroy a Tester AC”. In this mission you will destroy the previously mentioned AC.

You can finish this mission in a flash and it will net you a handy 70-90k credits each go. Beef up your mech and rinse repeat this method to see very quick returns with minimal time/effort. You can get over a million credits within the hour if you’re quick enough. Using this tactic you will be dripping in Grenade launchers and VP-60LCS Laser Cannons in no time.

Prepare to cry

The only catch is this Tester AC isn’t empty, it’s manned by someone we only know as ‘Dafeng Student Pilot’.

DSP is tasked with protecting the tester AC. He ultimately meets his end (again and again and again). Each death he whimpers the same line that he only wanted to get his very own callsign, poor guy.

(I mean it is a welcome change from usual FromSoftware games where it’s us, the player who does the dying.)

Provided that your conscience will allow it. You can repeatedly end this poor students life and even worse, his career for quick bucks. This is also a really handy mission to test out your different builds and see how they fare. For a quick playthrough of the mission see my video below:
